The Independent Hotel Rome

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and beyond. The staff here were top-notch, always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to enhance our stay. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop terrace, which offered a breathtaking panorama of the city. The bar man, Massimo, deserves a special mention for his kindness and excellent recommendations for authentic Roman dining experiences. We had a fantastic time trying out some delicious local dishes thanks to him.

The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better as we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the soft drinks in the room were complimentary, and when I mentioned my dietary restrictions, the hotel quickly replaced them with sugar-free options. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a highlight of my stay, and the live jazz evening was a delightful bonus. The beautiful location and the lovely people truly made this a memorable experience.
